The Content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the S Clinic Site!
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or the emergency number in your country immediately. Unless recommended by an examining Doctor, S Clinic does not directly recommend or endorse any specific tests, physicians, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned on the Site. Reliance on any information provided by S Clinic, S Clinic employees, others appearing on the Site at the invitation of S Clinic, or other visitors to the Site is solely at your own risk.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. You should be aware that this Site is not intended or designed to attract children under the age of 13. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is a child under the age of 13.
Confidentiality of Details
S Clinic takes all necessary precautions to protect your personal information both online and off-line. No administrator at S Clinic will have knowledge of your password. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Your data will be shared with only your consulting doctor.
PS Clinic never shares any personal contact information with anyone. We will use your email address and mobile number only to send you timely reminders about your consultations and appointments.
Answering of Questions
Our specialists always try to give the best possible answer to your concerns/questions. However, if you are not satisfied, we will try to guide you via other means (by sharing educational content from different options available on the internet. We provide you with improved access to the doctor at your convenient location and time. For an extra fee, you can also consult with other top sexologists, physicians, gynecologists, endocrinologists, cardiologists, psychologists and other specialists via a conference call on audio or video platform such as Google Duo, WhatsApp or Zoom via S Clinic.
Payment
Currently, the charges for the 1st private consultation is Rs 500. Subsequently and for follow-up consultations, the charges will vary from person to person and the amount you would have to pay will be told to you in a private message on Email or WhatsApp. Before making a payment, please rethink and take your time to decide on first or special follow-up consultations (Counselling Consultation) as fees once paid are not refundable even if you decide not to continue for any reason what so ever.
We do offer refunds on cancellation of private appointment by the user/patient in case the request come 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment as per the Indian Standard Time. If the doctor cancels your private consultation, we will offer you another time slot that is convenient to you as soon as possible. Refunds are applicable on certain terms. Medicines
We do not endorse or encourage any requests of ‘Schedule Medicines’ from S Clinic. Any medicines prescribed by the doctor is after your interaction with the doctor. We advise you to take a medical prescription for local purchase either in electronic format or a print format. Remember to share all the possible medical information (history of previous diseases, the medicine you have used/using and other related information asked by the doctor) with the doctor. To protect your privacy, you agree that you will not submit any media that contains Personally Identifiable Information (like name, phone number, email address or web site URL) of you or of anyone else. Uploading media like images or video of other people without their permission is strictly prohibited.
By uploading any media on the S Clinic Site or a Social Media Platform, you warrant that you have permission from all persons appearing in your media for you to make this contribution and grant rights described herein. Never post a picture or video of or with someone else unless you have their explicit permission.
Advertisements, Searches, and Links to Other Sites
S Clinic may provide links to third-party web sites. S Clinic also may select certain sites as priority responses to search terms you enter and S Clinic may agree to allow advertisers to respond to certain search terms with advertisements or sponsored content. S Clinic does not recommend and does not endorse the content on any third-party websites. S Clinic is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites, sites framed within the S Clinic Site, third-party sites provided as search results, or third-party advertisements, and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such sites. S Clinic does not endorse any product, service, or treatment advertised on the S Clinic Site.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold S Clinic, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from: (a) your use of the Site, (b) any User Content you post or upload, (c) your use of or reliance on any User Content, or (d) your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
General
S Clinic is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. S Clinic makes no claims that S Clinic, S Clinic Health Manager, or any Site within the S Clinic Network and the Content are appropriate or may be downloaded outside of India. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the S Clinic from outside India, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever: Liability, User Submissions, User Submissions – image, video, audio files, Indemnity, Jurisdiction, and Complete Agreement.
Jurisdiction
You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with S Clinic, or in any way relating to your use of the S Clinic Site, resides in Pune at the district courts in the State of Maharashtra, India and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction at Pune the courts of the State of Maharashtra in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving S Clinic or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Maharashtra India, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
